Who we are

IntersTailor ("IntersTailor", "we", "us") is a third-party logistics and fulfillment company based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it. If you become a client, the agreement we sign together also governs how we handle your business data.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.
• Technical information. When you load a page, our hosting provider and the service that delivers our fonts automatically receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region). It also notes when a contact form is sent, but not what you wrote in it.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell visits apart and recognize when you come back. These cookies contain a random identifier, not your name or email address. Google uses your IP address to estimate your general location and does not store it in our Analytics account. We see the results only as aggregated reports.

Google processes this data for us under its own terms. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Everywhere else they are on by default. Wherever you are, you can accept or decline them at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you decline, we remove the Google Analytics cookies already set. Without cookies, Google may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier that could link your visits together.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits. The site works the same either way.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and answer your questions.
• To prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need to do that:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives and stores contact form submissions for us.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on the site.
• Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used.
• Our email provider, which handles the emails we exchange with you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and email correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our account and then deleted automatically.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@interstailor.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Do Not Track

There is no common standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track signals, so this website does not change its behavior when your browser sends one. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page or the other options described under "Cookies and analytics" above.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your messages to the people who need them to help you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
