What no minimums means at our warehouse
Plain terms, so you can work out a quiet month before it happens.
Many fulfillment warehouses ask for a minimum number of orders each month, or a minimum bill, before they will take you on. We do not. A 3PL with no minimums should let a brand start when it is ready, not when it is big.
You pay for orders that ship
Order handling is $1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item. Ten orders cost ten times the order rate; a month with no orders has no order fees at all.
You pay for the space you use
Storage is billed by the bin, shelf or pallet spot: $2.50 per bin, $70 per shelf or $25 per pallet each month. A small range in a few bins costs a few dollars.
The one fixed fee, said out loud
There is a $250 monthly account fee, which covers account management, inventory records and reporting. Your first month is free of it. Setup, onboarding and store integrations are free from day one.

Is there really no minimum number of orders?
Yes. There is no monthly order minimum. Order fees are charged per order and per item that actually ships.
What fixed costs are there?
The account fee of $250 a month, which is free for your first month, and storage for the space your stock takes up. Setup and store integrations are free.
What do I pay in a month with very few orders?
Order fees only for the orders that ship ($1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item), storage for the space you use, and the account fee after your first month.
Can I start with a few cartons?
Yes. Receiving is $1 per carton, and small products can be stored in bins at $2.50 per bin per month.
Do you charge for setup?
No. Setup, onboarding and store integrations are free.
What happens when my volume grows?
You keep the same warehouse and the same setup. Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time ship the same day whether you send ten orders a day or a thousand.
