You design the kit once. We build it the same way every time.

    Tell us which pieces go in, in what quantity, how they are packed and which box and inserts to use. A sample or photos help.

    Products, boxes and inserts arrive like any inbound shipment, from your supplier or straight from a factory in China.

    Kits are built in our Glendale warehouse and stored ready to ship, each one counted as its own SKU.

    When a kit sells, it is picked, labeled and handed to the carrier the same day if the order is in by 2 PM.

How kitting is priced

Assembly depends on the kit, so it is quoted per kit before you start. Everything around it is on our standard rate card.

Assembly is priced per kit, based on how many pieces go in and how they are packed. A three-piece bundle in a mailer costs less to build than a gift box with tissue, ribbon and a card.

Components are received at $1 per carton or $20 per pallet and stored from $2.50 per bin each month, like any stock.

Shipping a kit is regular order handling: $1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item.

What is kitting?

Kitting means putting several separate products together into one set that sells as a single item, such as a gift box, a bundle or a multi-pack.

How is kitting priced?

Kitting is quoted per kit, based on how many pieces go in and how they are packed. Receiving, storage and shipping follow our standard rates: $1 per carton received, storage from $2.50 per bin per month, and $1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item.

Can a kit go in my custom packaging?

Yes. Send your branded boxes, tissue and inserts with the components and we assemble each kit in them. See custom packaging.

How do kits appear in my store?

Create the kit as its own product in your store. When a customer buys it, the order comes to us like any other and ships the same day if it reaches us by 2 PM Pacific time.

Where is the kitting done?

In our warehouse in Glendale, California, in Los Angeles County, where your components are received and stored.
