Your stock, landed and counted
Send cartons or pallets from your factory to our warehouse in Glendale, California. When they arrive, we check them in against what you told us to expect, report anything that is missing or damaged, and put the stock on the shelf. From then on you can see it in the client portal, live.
Orders ship from inside the US
Instead of sending each order across the Pacific, you ship in bulk once and we send each order from Glendale. Your customers get a domestic parcel with UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS and a tracking number they recognize. Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time leave the same day.
Sell on the marketplaces US shoppers use
Connect Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy or eBay to our system for free. Orders from every channel come to us automatically and ship from the same stock, so you only manage one inventory in the US.
Returns stay in the US
A returned item comes back to Glendale, not to your factory. We inspect it and restock it or set it aside, as you decide, for $1.00 plus $0.75 per item.

How far is your warehouse from the port?
Our warehouse in Glendale is about 31 miles by road from the Port of Los Angeles and about 29 miles from the Port of Long Beach, typically a 40 to 60 minute drive depending on traffic.
Who handles customs clearance?
Customs clearance is arranged by your freight forwarder or customs broker before the goods are delivered. Our work starts when your shipment arrives at our warehouse: we receive it, count it and put it away.
Can I ship cartons and pallets straight from my factory?
Yes. Your supplier or forwarder can deliver cartons or pallets directly to our warehouse. Receiving costs $1 per carton or $20 per pallet.
Which US marketplaces can you fulfill for?
We integrate with Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace. Integrations are free.
How much does US fulfillment cost?
$1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item. Receiving is $1 per carton or $20 per pallet. Storage is $2.50 per bin, $70 per shelf or $25 per pallet each month. Returns are $1.00 plus $0.75 per item. The account fee is $250 a month, and the first month is free.
