What stays the same in your Shopify admin

Outsourcing fulfillment should not mean rebuilding your store. With a Shopify 3PL like us, the store side stays yours:

  • Checkout and shipping rates. You keep setting what customers pay for shipping in Shopify, exactly as you do now.
  • Your products and prices. You add products in Shopify as before. Tell us about new SKUs before their stock arrives, so they have a place on the shelf.
  • Customer service. Your customers still write to you. When you need to know where a parcel is, the answer is in the client portal, or one email away.

How do you connect to my Shopify store?

We set up the Shopify integration for you, free of charge. Once it is connected, new orders come to our warehouse on their own, and each order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify with its tracking number when it ships.

Does anything change for my customers?

Checkout stays the same. Your customers order in your Shopify store as before, and they get their tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

What is the cutoff for same-day shipping?

Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day.

How much does Shopify fulfillment cost?

$1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item. Receiving is $1 per carton or $20 per pallet, storage starts at $2.50 per bin per month, and returns are $1.00 plus $0.75 per item. The account fee is $250 a month, and the first month is free. Setup and the Shopify integration are free.

Is there a minimum order volume?

No. There are no order minimums, so you can move your Shopify fulfillment to us whatever your monthly volume. More on that on our no-minimums page.

Can you also ship my Amazon or TikTok Shop orders?

Yes. We also connect Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace, and every channel ships from the same inventory.
