How custom packaging fulfillment works
Your unboxing, repeated exactly, order after order.
Send your packaging with your stock
Boxes, tissue, stickers and cards arrive like any other inbound shipment. We count them in and store them next to your products.
Show us the unboxing
Send a packed sample or photos, and tell us the rules: which box for which items and what goes on top.
We pack every order to your spec
Same layers, same order, every time. Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time ship the same day.
What custom packaging costs
Packing is part of every order's handling fee, and anything beyond it is quoted before you start.
Order handling is $1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item, the same as any order we ship.
Your packaging is stored like stock. Flat-packed boxes and rolls of tissue take bins or a shelf: $2.50 per bin or $70 per shelf each month.
Our boxes and mailers are billed only when an order uses them.
Extra steps, such as wrapping each item separately or assembling a gift set, are quoted when we set up your account. For sets and bundles, see kitting and bundling.

Where does my custom packaging come from?
Most brands order their printed boxes, tissue, inserts and cards from a packaging supplier and have them shipped to us with their stock. We store your packaging and pack your orders with it.
What if I do not have my own boxes?
We stock shipping boxes, poly mailers, bubble mailers, polybags, tape and void fill in common sizes. You only pay for what your orders use.
How much does custom packaging fulfillment cost?

Can I mix custom and plain packaging?
