Do you integrate with TikTok Shop?
Yes, and the integration is free. Once your shop is connected, new orders come to us automatically and tracking numbers go back to TikTok Shop when each order ships.
Can you handle a sudden spike in orders?
Yes. Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time ship the same day, whether it is a quiet weekday or the day after a video takes off. If you plan a live sale or a promotion, tell us ahead of time so we can plan stock and staff around it.
Is there a minimum number of orders?
No. There are no order minimums. You pay per order and per item, so a slow week costs little.
How much does TikTok Shop fulfillment cost?
$1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item for picking and packing. Receiving is $1 per carton or $20 per pallet, storage starts at $2.50 per bin per month, and returns are $1.00 plus $0.75 per item. The account fee is $250 a month, and the first month is free. Setup and integrations are free.

Can I send inventory straight from my supplier in China?
Yes. Have your supplier ship cartons or pallets to our warehouse in Glendale, California. We receive them, count them in and put them away ready to ship.
Can you fulfill orders from my other stores too?
Yes. We also integrate with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace. All channels draw from the same inventory in our warehouse.
