Seller metrics that FBM shipping protects

When you fulfill Amazon orders yourself, Amazon measures how you ship them. Two numbers depend directly on your warehouse:

  • Late shipment rate. An order counts as late when it is confirmed shipped after its ship-by date. Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific are with the carrier the same day, and later orders the next business day, inside a one-day handling time.
  • Valid tracking rate. Every order we ship goes back to Amazon with a carrier tracking number that Amazon can follow, without anyone typing it in.

The customer-facing side stays yours: listings, prices, messages and the decisions about refunds. We make sure the parcels leave on time and that Amazon knows it.

FBA or FBM: what changes when we ship your orders

Many sellers use both. FBM from a 3PL fits the products where FBA costs or rules get in the way.

How do you connect to my Amazon seller account?

We set up the Amazon integration for you, free of charge. Once it is connected, new FBM orders come to our warehouse on their own, and the tracking number goes back to Amazon when each order ships, so the order shows as shipped in Seller Central.

What handling time should I set in Seller Central?

Orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time ship the same day. Orders that come in later ship the next business day, so a one-day handling time covers both.

Do my FBM orders ship in Amazon boxes?

No. Seller-fulfilled orders ship in our plain boxes and mailers, or in your own branded packaging with your inserts. See custom packaging.

How much does Amazon FBM fulfillment cost?

$1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item. Receiving is $1 per carton or $20 per pallet, and storage starts at $2.50 per bin per month. The account fee is $250 a month, and the first month is free. Setup and the Amazon integration are free.

Where do Amazon returns go?

Set our warehouse as the return address in Seller Central and returns come back to us. Each one is inspected and restocked or set aside as you decide, for $1.00 plus $0.75 per item. More on returns processing.

Can the same stock ship my Shopify and Walmart orders?

Yes. Connect Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and our other integrations for free, and every channel ships from one inventory in our warehouse.

Do you also prep inventory for FBA?

Yes. We label, bag, bundle and box units to Amazon's requirements and send them to Amazon fulfillment centers by parcel or by pallet. See FBA prep.
