How do you connect to my Walmart Marketplace account?

We set up the Walmart integration for you, free of charge. Once it is connected, new Marketplace orders come to our warehouse on their own, and the tracking number goes back to Walmart when each order ships.

Do you prep inventory for Walmart Fulfillment Services?

Yes. We label, bag and box units to WFS requirements and send them to Walmart fulfillment centers as cartons by parcel carrier or on pallets by LTL freight.

Can I use WFS and ship some orders myself?

Yes. Keep part of your stock with us: it ships the Marketplace orders you fulfill yourself, and the next WFS shipment is prepped from the same shelves when Walmart needs more.

What is the cutoff for same-day shipping?

Marketplace orders that reach us by 2 PM Pacific time are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.

How much does Walmart fulfillment cost?

Marketplace orders are $1.00 per order plus $0.75 per item. WFS prep is quoted per shipment. Receiving is $1 per carton or $20 per pallet, and storage starts at $2.50 per bin per month. The account fee is $250 a month, and the first month is free. Setup and the Walmart integration are free.
